1. A Deposit may be required, and this will be arranged at the time of booking. Deposits are none refundable, unless Badboy Discos make a cancellation.
2. Balance is due upon arrival.
3. The customer will receive an invoice to confirm that there is a disco booked for the specified date.
4. If any damage towards the DJs equipment, which the customer or any member of the customers party has contributed to, he/she will be liable to pay for the repair of the equipment, along with the fee of the disco.
5. Late arrival of The DJ due to traffic, diversions or miss information at time of booking does not deem the clients right of compensation or refund, although Badboy Discos will do what ever we can to make sure we are set up for the arranged start time.
